MOO! It is time to start the C.O.W. (Challenge of the Week) here at KCS. It is a voluntary challenging math activity open to all students. There are 2 sets of challenges available each week. Set A will primarily come from a book of highly challenging math problems for 2nd and 3rd graders and Set B will mostly come from a similar book for 4th - 6th grade students. Although the problems are geared toward certain grades, younger students may want to try and some students may want to start with set A and work into set B regardless of grade. The challenges will be available each Thursday and due back no later than the following Tuesday. A record is kept of the students who participate throughout the year and those who consistently participate will receive a certificate of participation at the end of the year Good Luck! Have Fun!
